Know your size, measure your head for hats and your feet for boots.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Find Your Hat Size

When shopping for western hats or fashion hats it is important to know your correct hat size.  To determine your correct hat size, take a string and wrap it around your head or inside a hat or cap that is worn regularly.  Mark the string where the two ends meet and record the inches and partial inches from the string.

Then go to a generic hat size chart via google and compare your measurements to determine your correct size.  Cross-reference the inches you measured to the hat size listed next to the inches you measured on your string. 

We are not responsible for wrong hat size orders.  Do your due diligence and Know Your Hat Size.

Every effort is made to provide the best cost shipping.  We do have exceptions to our Shipping Policy due to carrier charges to ship items long distance with protective packaging for Western Hats and other hats, tactical gear and various heavy items.  We will notify you prior to shipment when and in this situation.  Our policy for shipping is to find the best pricing possible for your order.

Return and Replacement Shipping is the Responsibility of the Customer!  

Exceptions to our Free Delivery Policy include heavy items over 10 lbs. and replacement shipping for products that are the wrong size.  Reshipping a new size product and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Tax and shipping not included in the value of the order when calculating our free delivery policy.

Products/purchases that weight up to and over 10lbs are also charged the shipping costs to deliver.

We accept returns after calling and setting up a return authorization.

Daniels Run Work Wear accepts returns within 7 days of delivery.  You must call or email us to obtain a return authorization, prior to returning any items.  Only items that are in their original packaging and not damaged or written on for address or return information are accepted via returns.  Any item that has been used or worn will not be accepted for return.  All return and replacement for wrong size shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  After returning an item, the shipping for a different size is the responsibility of the customer!  Free Initial Shipping is only on the initial order delivery shipment.

We will work with you on your return and replacement needs.  We understand that size choices are not always correct and replacements are needed.  Email is your best means to communicate with us.

All returned items are subject to a 3.5% fee to pay for our operations and handling costs, unless you are having a replacement size or product sent after providing for the reshipping fees.  All fees and acceptance of returned items are dependent on the return of the original product in resellable condition including the original product box. Do not write on the original product box.  This fee will be deducted from your order reimbursement amount. 

Also, all shipping to replace your original product for a different size is the responsibility of the customer.  You will need to contact us to provide a means of payment for the second shipping fee for the replacement product.
