Daniels Run Work Wear accepts returns within 7 days of purchase. You must call or email us to obtain a return authorization, prior to returning any items. Only items that are in their original packaging and not damaged or written on for address or return information are accepted via returns. Any item that has been used or worn will not be accepted for return. All return and replacement for wrong size shipping is the responsibility of the customer. After returning an item shipping for a different size is the responsibility of the customer! Free Initial Shipping is only on the initial order delivery shipment.
All returned items are subject to a 3.5% fee to pay for our operations and handling costs. All fees and acceptance of returned items are dependent on the return of the original product in resellable condition including the original product box. Do not write on the original product box. This fee will be deducted from your order reimbursement amount. Also, all shipping to replace your original product for a different size is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to contact us to provide a means of payment for the second shipping fee for the replacement product.
